artist, gatekeeper, and a TV show to be

here we have two of the many in the cast of characters that inhabit the building where my studio is located. one is the artist who works and works and works and hopes and hopes that one day the paycheck will come consistently, but knows that if it doesn't, he is still going to be doing the work... he is currently producing a handful of dynamic paintings. the other gentleman is the gatekeeper at the building. he knows more about the building than the owner does; and if someone needs something fixed, they can count on this character to do the job... and, he has a billion stories to tell while he fixes the problem. there is most likely a TV show waiting to be produced with these two and the rest of the folks in our wonderful little home away from home.
